Montenegro and Spain to face off in final match at the 17th Mediterranean Championship

Montenegro and Spain are finalists at the 17th Men’s Mediterranean Championship, while Croatia and Serbia will compete for the bronze medal. Battle for the bronze will start tomorrow, 22nd of February at 4:30 PM (local time), while the final match is scheduled for 6 PM (local time). 

In the 1st semi-final match, Montenegro were better than Croatia, 20:16 (5:7, 9:13, 7:7). Arsenije Dragasevic shined with six and Vojislav Vukic added five goals for Montenegro. On the other side, Fran Zovak and Aleksandar Capric combined for seven goals.

In the 2nd semi-final clash of the day, Spain were dominated on the court against Serbia and with 31:21 win, secured the spot in gold medal match. The shiniest star was Alvarez Dominguez with seven goals, while in Serbian jersey, Nesic netted six goals.
