Spain Crowned Champions – Men’s Handball Championship Concludes

Spain has won the Men’s Handball Championship, securing the title after a dramatic 34:33 victory over Serbia in the gold medal match. The final was decided by the finest of margins, with Spain maintaining composure in the closing moments to claim first place.

Serbia finished as runners-up after a strong tournament performance, while Egypt earned the bronze medal with a convincing 24:16 win over Slovakia. Egypt’s disciplined defense and efficient attack ensured control throughout the match.

In the remaining placement games, North Macedonia secured fifth place by defeating Croatia 24:15. Romania claimed seventh place with a 25:20 win over Türkiye. Tunisia narrowly beat Montenegro 21:19 to finish ninth, while Italy took 11th place after overcoming Greece 26:23. Bulgaria completed the standings in 13th place with a 20:19 victory against Kosovo.

The group stage standings reflected the strength of the finalists. Spain topped Group A ahead of Egypt and North Macedonia, while Serbia led Group B, followed by Slovakia and Croatia.

The tournament concluded with Spain clearly establishing itself as the top team, combining consistency, tactical discipline, and decisive execution to lift the championship title.
